RedIntel is invite-only. Start by requesting a demo. We'll walk you through the platform, understand your needs, and if it's a good fit, we'll set up your workspace and guide you through onboarding.

What support is included?

All plans include email support with same-day response times. Respond and Publish plans include priority support via WhatsApp and Telegram. Enterprise clients receive dedicated account management.

Do you offer training?

Yes. Every new client receives personalised onboarding and training. We'll help your team understand how to use RedIntel effectively, set up approval workflows, and configure monitoring for your brands.

What if I need a feature that doesn't exist?

We're actively developing RedIntel based on client feedback. If you need a specific feature, let us know. For Enterprise clients, we can often prioritise development of features that align with our roadmap.

How do I report a bug or issue?

Message us via WhatsApp or Telegram with details about the issue. Include screenshots if possible. We prioritise bug fixes and typically deploy fixes within 24-48 hours for critical issues.
