These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of RedIntel.ai ("Service"), operated by Boyd Digital ("we", "us", "our").

By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the Terms, you may not access the Service.

2. Description of Service

RedIntel.ai provides Reddit monitoring, analysis, and response workflow tools designed for iGaming and regulated industries. The Service includes:

  • Brand and competitor mention monitoring
  • Intent and risk classification
  • AI-assisted response drafting
  • Approval workflow management
  • Compliance and audit logging
  • Reporting and analytics

3. Access and Registration

Access to RedIntel.ai is by invitation only. To use the Service, you must:

  • Be invited and approved by our team
  • Provide accurate and complete registration information
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Promptly notify us of any unauthorised access
  • Be at least 18 years of age

We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, or remove content at our sole discretion.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree NOT to:

  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Violate Reddit's Terms of Service or Content Policy
  • Engage in spam, manipulation, or astroturfing
  • Impersonate others or misrepresent affiliations
  • Harass, abuse, or harm other users
  • Circumvent rate limits or security measures
  • Use the Service for automated posting without human approval
  • Share account credentials with unauthorised parties
  • Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code
  • Use the Service in any way that could damage our reputation

5. Human-in-the-Loop Requirement

RedIntel.ai is designed as an assistive tool requiring human oversight. All content published through the Service must be:

  • Reviewed and approved by an authorised human user
  • Compliant with applicable advertising and regulatory standards
  • Appropriate for the target subreddit and audience

You are solely responsible for all content published through your account, including AI-assisted drafts that you approve for publication.

6. Compliance and Regulatory Responsibility

While RedIntel.ai provides tools to support compliance, you remain solely responsible for:

  • Compliance with gambling advertising regulations in your jurisdictions
  • Responsible gambling messaging and disclosures
  • Age-gating and geographic restrictions
  • Data protection and privacy compliance
  • Any other applicable regulatory requirements

7. Payment and Billing

Service fees are billed monthly or annually as agreed in your service agreement. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as specified in your agreement.

We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days' notice. Continued use after price changes constitutes acceptance of new pricing.

8. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its original content, features, and functionality, is owned by Boyd Digital and protected by intellectual property laws.

You retain ownership of any content you create or upload. By using the Service, you grant us a limited licence to use your content solely to provide and improve the Service.

9. Data and Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your information.

The Service processes publicly available Reddit data. We do not access private messages or non-public content.

10. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to:

  • Scheduled maintenance (with advance notice when possible)
  • Unplanned technical issues
  • Third-party service dependencies (including Reddit API)
  • Force majeure events

11. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT:

  • The Service will be error-free or uninterrupted
  • Results obtained will be accurate or reliable
  • AI-generated content will be appropriate for your use case
  • The Service will meet all your requirements

12. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BOYD DIGITAL SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

  • Loss of profits, revenue, or data
  • Regulatory fines or penalties
  • Reputational damage
  • Business interruption

Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Boyd Digital, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:

  • Your use of the Service
  • Content you create or publish through the Service
  • Your violation of these Terms
  • Your violation of any third-party rights

14. Termination

Either party may terminate the service agreement with written notice as specified in your service agreement. We may immediately suspend or terminate access if you:

  • Violate these Terms
  • Fail to pay fees when due
  • Engage in activity that harms our reputation or other users

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. We may retain certain data as required by law or for legitimate business purposes.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of England and Wales.

16. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
